Short Answer: Maybe but not likely

More Thoughts: In today's world, the laws and prosecution pertaining to polygyny are not commonly enforced. Accounts where we do find enforcement generally include other charges where the initial basis of investigation and prosecution have more to do with sex with minors and molestation cases. Prosecution of polygamy tends to be low in priority unless other criminal issues are involved. Putting oneself in the spotlight may carry more potential risks, but even those with video channels and blogs about their polygyny journey in general do not report being investigated nor prosecuted for their lifestyle choices. We think it's becoming more apparent to legal officials that the prosecution of polygynous families would be silly, in light of all the LGBT and Domestic Partnership movements gaining ground in America.
